Organogram

This organisational chart was created to facilitate company structure and team management. By viewing teams and their respective leaders, the HR department can have greater oversight and keep track of where each employee is positioned within the organisation. The use of profile images alongside names, combined with the option to expand specific teams, provides a practical and intuitive way to navigate the structure.

Users can increase or decrease the size of the cards using the buttons at the bottom of the screen. Multiple branches and teams can be expanded at once, or users can choose to display only the teams relevant to them at that moment.

The cards display the number of teams and employees managed by each person. Below them, organisational cards provide further details about each team.

There is also a full-screen view option, which provides a better experience when users need to view multiple teams simultaneously.
