XippTech is XIPP’s technology and development division, supporting a brokerage and solutions integrator specialised in managing corporate benefits, such as health and dental plans and life insurance.
We maintain close relationships with clients and prospects, seeking to understand their needs, challenges, and the specific requirements of each market segment.
We develop practical and innovative solutions, always focused on delivering results and meeting our clients’ expectations.
I work directly with POs and clients to build and maintain various B2B software solutions (HR, benefits, and telemedicine), as well as apps for end users. Our products are used by companies such as Outback, Unimed, Samsung, C6 Bank, and others.

RH Protegido (HR Protected)
Developed to simplify benefits management, bringing security, quality, and convenience to the daily routines of HR teams. Our solution integrates operational and risk management services into a single, dynamic, and secure environment, where all information is centralised and organised.
Eu Protegido (I Protected)
Through the Eu Protegido app, employees of our clients have access to health benefits for themselves and their families. The app provides a practical and organised way to access all available benefits, as well as a communication channel connecting the end user, their employer, and XippTech.
Avus Saúde (Avus Health)
Avus is not a traditional health insurance plan, but rather a healthcare benefits platform. The app gives customers access to 24/7 telemedicine, medical appointments, in-person exams, and discounts. Major companies, such as iFood, use our platform.
These are some of the products I work on at XippTech. My role involves direct communication with clients and constant alignment with POs.
Every feature has a story behind it, supported by research, usability testing, documentation, and planning. We use tools such as Jira, DevOps, and Figma throughout this process. As AI technologies have advanced, Claude Code has increasingly become part of our workflow, supporting both ideation and the creation of interactive prototypes.
